Additional written terms, enrolment documents, invoices, institutional agreements or learning-platform rules may apply to a specific program or service. If a conflict arises, the more specific terms govern that specific subject to the extent permitted by law.
2. Website information and services
The website presents information about online coaching education, institutional services, training, directories and related activities. Website descriptions are general and may change. Participation, certification, recognition or directory eligibility depends on the applicable program requirements and written confirmation; visiting a page or submitting an enquiry does not by itself create eligibility or enrolment.
3. Educational—not medical or emergency—services
Website content and coaching education are provided for educational and professional-development purposes. They are not medical diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, financial advice, or an emergency or crisis-response service.
Users and learners are responsible for working within their competence, professional obligations and applicable law, and for referring to appropriately qualified professionals when a situation is outside scope. If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency services.

Unless stated otherwise, website design, text, learning content, graphics, branding and other materials made available by Mentor & Guide are owned by or licensed to Mentor & Guide and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view public website content for personal, lawful, non-commercial use. No other right is granted.
Materials submitted by you must be accurate to the best of your knowledge, lawful, and free of third-party rights violations. You must have the necessary rights and permissions before submitting content for publication, assessment or a public directory profile.
7. Public directory and professional independence
A public directory helps users discover listed professionals. Unless explicitly stated in writing, a listing is not a guarantee, endorsement or assurance of outcomes. Listed professionals remain independent and are responsible for their own services, representations, availability, scope of practice, insurance, licensing or other obligations that may apply to them.
Users should make their own suitability checks before engaging a listed professional. Directory profile owners must keep public information accurate and request updates or removal when needed.
8. Fees, payments and program-specific terms
Any fees, payment schedule, cancellation, transfer, deferral or refund arrangement is governed by the written terms, invoice, enrolment document or agreement for the applicable program or service. This website page does not create a separate refund, payment-plan, certification or completion guarantee.
9. Third-party links and platforms
The website may link to WhatsApp, learning platforms, partner sites, social networks or other third-party services. We do not control their availability, content, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily mean endorsement. Review the applicable third-party terms before using those services.
10. Availability, disclaimers and limitation

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as legally possible. These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, including applicable provisions of Law No. 81/2018, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Lebanon, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
